ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new site. Love that you're starting to use social media tools. A few ideas for blog topics:
ReplyDelete* Update on winter projects & photos from camp
* Announcements of returning staff who have confirmed for 2010 and new staff hires
* Guest blog posts (share the work!) from camp leaders, returning staff members, maybe even campers
* Alumni "essays" - ask alums to send in fun memories or lessons learned from their camp days
* Old planning sheets scanned and posted weekly or monthly (might work better on your Facebook page?)
* If you feel that you could commit to answering any (appropriate) question from the community, you could generate good dialogue by regularly putting up a suggestion box post and asking folks to leave a suggestion in the post's comments...and see your response...
